Garage Addition to Canada Hill House:
We have had a very busy month over here at Chase Custom Homes, and the workload doesn't appear to be slowing anytime soon. However, it's always neat to see our homes come together. The house below is fully finished with a new garage addition. All that's left is seed, loam and pavement!
Presumscot Estates:
We have some projects coming together this week at Prescumscot Estates in Westbrook. These beautiful homes, the "Ivers Dyer" and "Stillwater" have been completed with siding. These beautiful builds have owners, but that doesn't mean you couldn't own one too. Our different build plans and portfolio can be found on our website.

New Marketing Manager:
In addition to new builds, we also have a new team member! Alexis Erlandson has joined us as Marketing Manager. She is originally from Durham, Maine, and recently moved back to the state from Boston. She is looking forward to enjoying everything Maine has to offer, such as skiing and hiking, two of her favorite hobbies.
