We've Been Around the Block a Few Times...
in many cases we built the block!

For the past 34 years, Chase Custom Homes & Finance, Inc. has been building homes in Maine. We have developed many subdivisions throughout southern, central and western Maine and more importantly, built homes for a lot of fine people and their families. Maine is a big state with a small town heart. If we didn't take good care of our clients, we wouldn't still be in business. Period.

After 34 years, we remain a small, family-owned business and tight-knit team. Our business has survived two recessions and downturns in the real estate market. In an industry often associated with mistrust, we've built a steady stream of repeat business from customer referrals. Chase Custom Homes has built more than one home for many of our clients. Our goal is to build relationships as well as we build homes.

We Value Quality

Not all builders are created equal. At Chase Custom Homes we promise not to cut corners. We want your home to be built to last, using only the best quality products possible while working within your budget. We have several strategies in place to make that happen and you'll be impressed with what we can offer!
