Know someone who's thinking about building a new home? Send them to us for an estimate and if they select us to build their new home, we'll say "thank you" with a $1,000 check!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Your name must be mentioned at our first meeting with the customer.
  2. We'll send you your "Thank You" referral once we've closed on the new home and you must come in to the office to pick up the check.
  3. Refer friends as often as you like!
  4. Offer good on any referral made after July 17, 2018
  5. Not valid for licensed real estate brokers
